4. Training and ACCA Partnership: Refund and Cancellation

  • Once a participant pays more than 50% of course fees, no refund is normally offered.
  • Exceptional personal emergency cases may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Enrollment cancellation or refund requests must be emailed to info@contetra.com.
  • Course transfers are generally not allowed after enrollment, except in approved exceptional cases.
  • Course pricing is as listed on the relevant course/brochure page.

5. Complaint Logging Process

If service falls below acceptable standards, please send complaint details by email to info@contetra.com.

Please include your full name, issue description, and identifying details (for example, ACCA registration number or IFRS batch dates).

Once a complaint is received, we will:

  • Maintain confidentiality of submitted information.
  • Respond within 48 hours of complaint receipt.
  • Escalate and investigate through the management team.

For ACCA-related matters, students may escalate through institutional and ACCA complaint procedures as applicable. Reference: ACCA complaint escalation page.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The platforms and all materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind (express, implied, or statutory), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, reliability, or timeliness.

  • We do not verify or endorse all products/services promoted by third parties.
  • We do not guarantee that defects or errors will be corrected.
  • We do not guarantee that content is free of viruses or harmful components.
  • Certain jurisdictions may not permit exclusion of implied warranties.

7. Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Contetra Private Limited, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents against claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from your breach of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Miscellaneous and Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and you submit to jurisdiction in India.
  • If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the subject matter.
  • We reserve the right to investigate violations and seek all available legal remedies.

11. Notices

Notices must be in writing and are deemed served through certified post, overnight courier, confirmed facsimile, or confirmed email. Notices to Contetra may be sent to:

12. Force Majeure and Arbitration

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control (including natural disasters, strikes, riots, network/power failures, or governmental action). Payment obligations continue during force majeure events.

Disputes shall be resolved under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in English, with venue in Mumbai, India.

13. Your Consent

By using the website and/or providing your information, you consent to collection and use of information in accordance with our policies. Policy updates will be posted on this page.

Any personal data collected may be used by Contetra Private Limited to contact you via phone, SMS, or email for marketing communication and service updates requested by you.
