Following is the unique 5T Process ™ to achieve the stated learning objectives for the client:

TNA (Training Need Analysis): Once the training needs are identified by the client, the partnered Training Need Analysis is carried out by instructional designers to put the objectives in deliverable perspective. ConTeTra involves all the stakeholders including, learning, human resource, and business team to harmonize the training deliverables.

Tech: Tech here stands for technique as well as technology, wherever required. This is the key step which differentiates ConTeTra from all the other training service providers. ConTeTra customizes the modules and formulates different techniques in which training is required to be delivered. Be it case based approach, simulation, or live projects, ConTeTra adds the flavor of familiarity for the learners by incorporating the challenges faced by them in their day to day work life. The module so churned, bring out pre-learning materials for learners.

Test: Adhering to Kerb Patrick, ConTeTra triggers L2 post the pre-learning stage, via a pre-test to capture the pre-understanding of learners. This step maps their level of competency in the subject matter and tallied with the post-test maps the change in competency levels.

Train: The solutions to real life situations are delivered in the form of training, which empowers the individuals to address them head on and transform themselves into HPIs (High Performing Individuals). Our SME (Subject Matter Expert) adheres to instructional design formulated in the previous step and adds his flavor of delivery style for audience engagement in the workshop.

Track: L1 is captured right at the end of the workshop, L2 being the post-test conducted and L3 is mapped by providing a real-life project directly relating to the KRA (Key Result Area) of the learner. Depending on the MIS needs of the client, ConTeTra can provide L4 to justify the ROTI (Return on Training Investment).
